Billing & Plan
Manage your subscription and keep an eye on how many donor records you're using against your plan's limit.

What you'll see
A Current plan card names your plan (Starter, Growth, Enterprise, or Free Trial) and shows a Donor records used meter — e.g. "1,240 / 5,000" — that turns amber and warns you when you pass 90% of your limit. Status (trialing, active, etc.) is listed underneath. Below the card, the Plans section lets you pick or change plan. If you're on a trial, a banner at the top reminds you to pick a plan before it ends.
The plans
- Starter — $99/mo ($990/yr): up to 1,000 donors, 3 staff + 10 volunteer seats. Includes the donor CRM & import, stewardship engine, pipeline & tasks, Action Plan, plus 1 committee and 1 campaign.
- Growth — $249/mo ($2,490/yr): up to 5,000 donors, 10 staff + 50 volunteer seats. Everything in Starter with unlimited committees and campaigns, plus Giving Circles, Case for Support, and the AI Development Associate.
- Enterprise — $499/mo ($4,990/yr): up to 25,000 donors, unlimited seats, all Growth features, and priority onboarding.
Annual billing gives you two months free. A one-time White-Glove Onboarding add-on ($750–$1,500) is also available — we clean and import your file, run auto-tiering, and set up your first committee and campaign.
How to change your plan
- Scroll to the Plans section.
- On the plan you want, click its button in the plan picker.
- Confirm. In production this routes you through Stripe Checkout; in demo mode the change applies instantly.
- If Stripe billing is set up, a Manage billing button in the Current plan card opens the Stripe customer portal for invoices, cards, and cancellation.
How feature gates work
Some premium features are locked on lower plans. The AI Development Associate (AI-drafted thank-yous and asks), Giving Circles, and Case for Support require Growth or Enterprise. If you open a locked feature, you're redirected here to upgrade.
Good to know
- Free Trial gives you full access up to the Growth limit (5,000 donors) for 14 days. Pick a plan before it ends to keep everything.
- Donor limits are enforced. When you're at your limit, importing or creating new donors is blocked until you upgrade — the meter turns amber at 90% as an early warning.
- The meter counts donor records, not seats or gifts. Deleting donors frees up room.
- Only Org Admins see this screen; everyone else is redirected to the dashboard.
