What counts as a donor record?
One donor (a person or an organization) in your CRM, regardless of how many gifts they've given. Prospects with no gifts still count once you add them. You can export or delete records any time to stay within your plan.
Can we import from our current CRM?
Yes. Export a CSV or Excel file from your existing system (Bloomerang, Little Green Light, DonorPerfect, a spreadsheet — anything), and our import maps your columns, catches duplicates, and builds your Action Plan in about 90 seconds. Re-imports update rather than duplicate.
What happens if we exceed our donor limit?
We'll let you know as you approach it. Adding donors past your plan's limit is paused until you upgrade — your existing data is never touched or deleted, and upgrading is instant.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual for two months free). Cancel whenever you like and export your full dataset on the way out.
Is our data exportable?
Always. Every organization can export its complete data as CSV/JSON at any time. You're never locked in, and we can delete your data on request.
Do you support faith-based customization like Ramadan mode?
Yes — Ramadan (campaign-season) mode and giving-circle name templates are presets you switch on or off. The methodology is universal, so ThankFirst works equally well for a mosque, a church school, or a secular charity.
